General
warranty
All Prices are
including GST. For further information and specification or details please
contact us. Personal Computer Hardware inherits 1 year war
All Prices are

contact us. System Hardware inherits 1 year warranty subscription if bought
separately (not as a system), further warranty conditions are detailed on individual
packaging or manufacturer documentation. All products after the expiry date
over are no longer covered by warranty. Warranty date starts the same date as
the invoice commences, end after agreed warranty duration. All hardware parts
are covered by 2 years limited warranty if sold as a system. Any other warranty
variety are explained and written to overwrite default warranty level. Service
(Software repair) inherits two weeks limited warranty. Your protection software
might be modified after repair, please contact us if anything needs to be
discussed. Phone support for TWC’s customer limited for maximum 10 minutes.
Most of the support warranty is done based on back to base warranty, unless
arranged or written otherwise. Acceptance of our goods, services or quotations
is automatic acceptance of these terms and conditions. Signing on TWC’s job
sheets is automatic acceptance on inspections stages based charges and terms
and conditions.
Proof of warranty
sheet is essential for warranty job. Please do not lose warranty sheet
provided. If you are not supplied with one, please contact us for no longer
than 2 weeks after good purchase.
Warranty sheet is documented on company server and we can supply you new
warranty sheet if your warranty sheet for some reason is not in good condition,
“lost” exclude from “not in good condition” term. Lost of warranty sheet might
void your warranty. For some reason the warranty sheet is not available to
proof for your warranty job request, you may provide us with your invoice, we
will consider based on invoice date and previous agreement.
All TWC’s warranty
terms and conditions are based on back to base warranty.
Physical damage
voids warranty. We reserve the right to obtain proof of purchase for every
warranty request on hardware sold by TWC. Fault or misleading proof would
automatically entitle consigner or good’s owner for compensating any expenses
in the process of warranty procedure including service fee.
Warranty covers
initial service. Warranty does not cover warranty service.
Limited
warranty
The terms of limited
warranty is warranty service based on updated, goods warranty by manufacturer,
which can be obtained on the appropriate website of the manufacturer. Please do
not be hesitating to get more information about warranty service on every
hardware we sold, from our sales representative. Limited warranty also
explaining about warranty based on the value of money, goods value below $50
will inherited 2 months warranty by default, unless written otherwise by
manufacturer warranty documentation, goods value between $50 - $200 will
inherited 1 year warranty by default, unless written otherwise by appropriate
manufacturer warranty documentation. Proof of warranty documentation is required
when claiming for every warranty job. Physical damage will void warranty.
Quotation
Quotation provide by
TWC valid for 14 days, prices maybe subject to increase to increase due to
availability & cost of materials.
Payment
We
reserve the right to submit a progress payment on a weekly basis. Final payment
will be required no later than 7 working days after completion of job. An up
front payment maybe required if materials more than $1000.00. An account keeping charge is applicable in
the event of debt recovery and/or court action being required. An account keeping charge is applicable in

paid within the time specified on the invoice or seven (7) days of delivery
will be liable for interest at the rate of 15% per annum and such interest will
be added to the account (Capitalized at the end of each month and form part of
the principal debt). Any account outstanding for more than sixty (60) days will
be liable to meet in full the sellers debt recovery, legal costs and/or
commissions and internal accounting charges (recovery fees) and such recover
fees will be added to the buyers account and form part of the principal debt.
Credit payment must be accompanied by eligible card. No payment will be made
without signature of the owner of the account holder.
Service
Services and repairs
are based on inspections stage method; customers are obligated to compensate
the cost of services based on level of inspections stages. By signing TWC’s job
sheet customer agrees to the terms and conditions, and responsible for the fee.
A standard capital stage is first (1st) stage for every transaction
on every service, unless arranged otherwise. 1st stage inspection’s
value is $20, 2nd stage inspection’s value is $60. Agreement for
level of inspection fee is to be discussed between TWC’s staff and customer the
same day as consigning goods or first business transaction. Fail to fulfill
obligation will initiate bill transfer to claim department. Cost is not
negotiable. 1st stage inspection fee has to be done to start
servicing on our company, $20 value of money applicable for us to start
checking your computer. You will be provided with information about your system
after the system finished. Regardless the result is positive or negative the
$20 will still due to be paid for us to return your system. Checking might
modify your system on the purposes for testing and checking, changes might be
made for the purposes of checking and testing, by signing TWC’s job sheet,
customer agree that the service will be done and due service fee will be paid.
For further negotiation please talk to one of our sales representative. 2nd stage of inspection fee is an
agreement for TWC to check individual hardware on your system one by one for
quotation purposes, by signing TWC’s job sheet and sign on the “yes” part of 2nd
stage inspection fee exist, customer agree on due payment after the service
done.
Services and repairs
can effect on protections or end user’s modifications software. Please advice
staff for special request, TWC is not responsible for any damage or change of
modification due to services. Software services inherit two weeks warranty on
exact problem. Virus removal or advertisement, hacking or pop up software clean
up are not part of 5 years labor warranty. User intention problem is not part
of 5 years labor warranty. TWC is not responsible on data loss or any
information loss or modifications due to services and repairs.
Goods for repair or
any kind of service will need to be consigned here by the owner of the goods;
proof of ownership might be required to start services. If the owner is not
available to send the goods here, we reserve the right to ask for proof of
identifications for security purposes.
Onsite service
Onsite service’s
standard capital fee is $160 for the first half an hour, every hour after that
is $80 rate. Please be aware of your own personal belonging for TWC would not
responsible of missing or damage goods due to services. Onsite service will be
done according to the information of problem provided by customer. Service fee
will due after the job has finished according to the standard of the problem.
Onsite service does not have warranty. Hardware provided for customer to
purchase while onsite service being done will have warranty based on the
manufacturer warranty documentation.
Email
TWC’s email correspondence is purposed mainly for
advertisement. TWC’s email correspondence
communication is respectfully not a hoax. TWC’s email correspondence is advertised to valued and respected TWC’s
Customers. If you do not want to have any of this email again, just reply with
subject “unsubscribe”. All attachments, pictures or any form of message
contained in TWC’s email correspondence
is not in anyway to offend anybody. If you found any of this message offend
you, please with all our respect, reply and lets us know. The information on
TWC’s email correspondence is confidential and
may be legally privileged. It is intended solely for the addressee. Access to TWC’s email correspondence by anyone else is unauthorised.
If you are not the intended recipient, any disclosure, copying, distribution or
any action taken or omitted to be taken in reliance on it, is prohibited and
may be unlawful. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices enclosed
are valid for 1 day unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to today's
exchange rate and may differ on your date of purchase from any AUD market
change. TWC reserves the right to change prices based on these and any other

commercialise the information if you are authorised to do so. If you are not

Minor Service
Minor
service attached price tag is not absolute and subject to change depend on the
service complication, time spent and type of jobs, please consult sales
representative for further information. Backing up CD/DVD is to be done for
personal collection, based on the current law of piracy, single back up only,
prove of ownership might be required to back up, strictly not for resell
purposes or mass production. Copyrighted medium will be honored and rejected
for back up.
Scanning
service will be based on A4 size document and will have standard 100 – 300 dpi
resolution on scanning based on jobs. The result might be less resolution for
storage or transfer purposes. Scan job might require customer to leave
documents for sometimes for job queuing. TWC will not responsible for document
damage of any kind on the process of scanning that might affect the documents.
Damage done by document to scanner will subject customer to paying fee
compensating damage. Scanning service based on scanning document only.
Printing
colour service will be based on standard printing on standard quality; result
will depend on the original document. Cost is not absolute and subject to
change based on the service complication, time spent and type of jobs.
Applicable Law
These
Terms are governed by the laws in force in
Assignment
We
may transfer all or part of our rights and obligations under these Terms to our
business partners or related bodies corporate. You may transfer the benefit but
not the burden of your rights and obligations under these Terms.
The Spam Act
We
comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). If we send you promotional emails, you
will be able to respond by asking us not to send you any more. However, all of
our official communication with you will be by email: notice of confirmation
and receipt of your order and so on. You agree as part of your acceptance of

Warranty and Returns
Policy
We
sell products made by third parties. Where products are found to be faulty, we
will pass on to you the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty for such
products.
Except
where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 30 days of receipt.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must notify us through the TWC
Helpdesk. You will be given instructions for returning the product and
receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original
packing material and it must be in its original condition. When we receive the
product and the conditions of the returns policy have been met, you will
receive a full refund or a replacement (at our cost), as well as any reasonable
costs incurred by you in returning the product to us. Refunds will be applied
to your nominated credit card.
If
we find that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met (for
example, if the product is not defective) no refund or replacement will be
provided and we will return the product to you.
Where products are
not available
There
may be unforeseen circumstances where it is not possible for us to supply a
product at all. If this occurs, it may be necessary for us to cancel orders for
that product. We will refund or cancel your payment, but we can’t accept
liability for any other loss or damage arising as a result.
Orders and Payment
Your
order is an offer to enter into an agreement with us. No agreement is created
until your order and accompanying payment have been accepted and processed by
us and we have confirmed this to you (by sending you a Tax Receipt or notifying
you that your chosen item is not in stock).
Payment
must be made in full at the time of your order.
Once
we have confirmed your order, you are bound by the order except where we tell
you at the time of confirmation that the product is not in stock.

twc’s customer is obliged to create an account before any transaction may be
made. Account will collect your personal identification for the purposes of
payment security, please consult staff for account form to be filled. No transaction
will be made over $500 if it is not accompanied by proper filled new account
form.
