prob:
when open acrobat reader, it triggers to open Microsoft Journal Viewer installation.

result:
failing to open acrobat reader 6

explanation:
acrobat reader 6 preinstallation process conflicting with microsoft journal viewer preinstallation process.

software involved:
adobe acrobat reader version 6.0
microsoft journal viewer version 1.5


how to solve?

1. download "microsoft journal viewer v1.5" from www.twcnetwork.com.au/event (the same page you get this readme file)
2. save it into your desktop
3. run "microsoft journal viewer v1.5" you just got
4. when it asked to install or to remove, choose "remove" to get rid og microsoft journal viewer v1.5
5. after this, you can open acrobat reader v6.0 with no problem



effect: 
you do not need microsoft journal viewer for standard using on windows XP
