Shipping/Handling charges for delivery inside Australia and outside
Australia will be made at cost, and can be individually quoted. We will
quote you by email if you request it.
International Shipments can be shipped by either Air Parcel Post or by
EMS Courier or Federal Express. Air Parcel Post is far less expensive.

If returning merchandise:
We are happy to refund or exchange subject to availability, if your
shoes don't fit or for any other reason, you're not 100% happy with your
purchase. Your shoes must be returned to us within 14 days with no signs
of wear and in original, resaleable condition. Please include resizing
instructions if required and it is advisable to e-mail us beforehand to
establish the availability of a replacement pair. you are responsible
for all associated postage costs on both way.
