If returning merchandise:
We are happy to refund or exchange subject to availability, if your
shoes don't fit or for any other reason, you're not 100% happy with
your purchase. Your shoes must be returned to us within 14 days with
no signs of wear and in original, resaleable condition. Please
include resizing instructions if required and it is advisable to
e-mail us beforehand to establish the availability of a replacement
pair. you are responsible for all associated postage costs on both
way.
